The thermometer supporting protective sleeve is rich in material, with welding installation, thread installation and flange installation structure. The structure design is reasonable, and the installation methods are various to meet the needs of the overall design. The working conditions involve high flow rate, high pressure, and the measurement medium is flammable, explosive, and toxic. The ASME PTC19.3TW standard is used for strength calculation, and the tube bottom and wall thickness are non-destructively measured by X-ray (RT), which is in contact with the medium. Liquid penetrant (PT) non-destructive testing and hydrostatic testing are carried out on the surface or weld to ensure safe use later.
